An absolutely dire May and June meant I was seriously starting to give up all hope of even a single session between Moulay and El Med. Again the forecast for the weekend was worse than shite so I was shocked and stunned when absent-mindedly checking the WorthingCam at 2pm to discover that the forecasted NW 10mph had backed to a solid SW 15-20mph!!! A proper sea-breeze!!!

Great to be back on (and in!) the water. 6.6 was plenty and I could easily have been on smaller for much of the session. Being honest conditions weren't good (mid-tide big kit chop bothering...) but the fact that the wind was so completely unexpected meant that I was grinning all the way. Now feeling very smug. :)
